New for 2022 as they become available. The Piko 25ton diesel is now fitted with battery radio control and sound. The transmitter is the key fob design as in the 35040 r/c set. The push button control works with 14 speed steps that are very smooth. There are two other buttons for the bell and horn. You will need rechargeable batteries for the battery cradle that slips in the front radiator grill. Push the switch under the cab back, the cab light comes on and the sound will enter the start-up sequence. Push the top button to go forward and on comes the front light before it starts to move away. Hold the button down and it will build up speed. To slow down or stop press the reverse button. If you hold the reverse button down the loco will come to a halt, hold it down for longer and the rear light comes on before it reverses.
